| Fluthers Wood is situated two miles from the coastal town of Leven. We sit in our own two acre plot of garden, trees and fields and on three sides have wonderful views of the Forth, Largo Law hill and over the open countryside. The fourth side of our view is trees, behind which is the B927 country road. Close enough for convenience but almost unseen from the house. |
| Our guest bedrooms are upstairs while our living quarters and the guest lounge and the dining room are downstairs. The guest lounge has comfortable seating where guests can relax in the evening, watch television, read or simply enjoy a cup of coffee and admire the view. |
| At the back of the house is a large attractive patio with a swingseat and other seating and guests are welcome to use this area if they wish. About 100 yards from the front gate is a small country road which offers a lovely quiet walk on a nice evening. A stroll along Leven promenade is also a pleasant experience. |
